@Binu, we would love to do that, but currently we are just hoping to add the QAs we need to deliver work to the client.
@BangaloreMT, we have quite a few staff operating out of Bangalore. In fact we are planning to host face-to-face meetings with potential QAs who would like to joins us. Anyone can make a prior appointment for the same so that we can plan accordingly. Venue, date and time will be published shortly on this forum...

The "protection" plan is meant to provide a minimum guarantee to employees during their transition into iData. This is more like a joining bonus paid out on a daily basis for a specified number of working days ... it also includes a line rate as high as Rs. 1.5 up to a cut off target for the first two months. Lines above the cut off target will fetch 1.1 per line. TDS or PF will apply as per employment status.
This plan ensures that the new QA has the ability to earn a good sum even in the first month with us... hope this aids QAs decide and take that tough call to make a change.
