Healthy Diet Fitness Tips. Hi i am henrymac please give me some tips of weightloss.....my health body is so fat ....waiting for reply...
Well to loss the weight there is require to follow the below steps:
(1) Avoid the fast food and milk & milk based product
(2) Avoid the stress, hyper tension, worries and so on
(3) Drink plenty water
(4) Motivate yourself to maintain the health

Some tips of weightloss:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Start your day with a glass of water.
3. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal.
4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal.
5. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas.
Heavy weight is not liked by anyone, everyone want to loss weight as how as possible, here are some of the tips for weight loss are
- Avoid eating oily food
- Avoid eating junk food
- Eat salad
- Drink more water
- Do yoga and exercise
- Drink green tea

Here are some simple tips for weight loss, you need not to follow any hard and fast rules.
-Include fruits and green vegetables in your diet.
-Exercise daily, if not the tough one try doing simple exercises.
-drink plenty of water.
-avoid eating junk foods that make you obese.

Avoid the profession of medical transcription as u need to sit in front of ur PC for 8 hours a day developing a paunch and be stressed out listening to crap dictators/audios or both.
Take a 30-minute fast morning walk every other day if not everyday and do some yoga asanas.
