work at home pay

I work for a dermatologist in-house as a transcriptionist and will soon be working at home as we are moving to another state. Is $15 an hour with full benefits out of the question? Nothing will change except my location - 8 hr day/4-day workweek. I make $13.50 right now and I am on my husband's insurance, so I'm not costing them there.
