QA Positons-Home Based Employment

[b]NOTE:  We are not a vendor for any company in India.  We in fact have our own vendors whom we outsource work to.  [/b]

We employ close to 300 MTs indirectly through vendors and only handle QA Process through direct employees.

iData India is a 8-year old company offering QA/Editing Positions for Full-time home based employees.  We offer all employment related benefits to our QA staff.

We are currently expanding our operations and looking to add close to 50 more QAs

Update: We have been able to fill out a lot of positions and the available QA slots are now down to 15 positions only.

Platform:  eScription.

Position: Full Time Home-Based QAs with full employment status.
Package: CTC offered is INR 40,725 (day shift) and INR 48,025 (night shift).


Benefits include: PF, Family Medical Insurance (including parents), holiday pay incentive, and a corporate salary account.

Target Line Count: 36000

Salary calculation will be based on line count and quality parameters and fixed salary is not offered.

Income Protection Plan: New QAs will be under a 2-month protection plan to help them earn more during the initial months.

We also have a lot of growth options for experienced QAs provided they meet our quality and other parameters consistently.

We can also provide assistance with severance related matters for successful candidates willing to join immediately.

Hey Guys,

On "popular Demand" Smile  I am sharing some more information about iData India.  Hope this is useful.  

• We have been operational in India for about 8+ years now.
• Our QA /Support team is about 60-member strong currently.
o Average experience of our QA team is more than 11 years (probably one of the highest in the industry).
• We are looking to add 40 - 50 QAs in the next 2 months.  
o QAs confident of delivering jobs directly to client at 99% and above only need apply.   Limited slots for deserving candidates only.
• We work on 4 different online platforms.
• We are a 100% home-based set-up, but are 100% compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• We have staff working for us from almost all parts of India.
• Only the supervisors and workflow team have access to the queues, QAs do not.  It is a level playing field for all.
• Files are processed first-file-in, first-file-out basis / based on TAT.
• Rotational night shift is mandatory for all staff (once in 3 months).
• We maintain HIPAA controls via an employee management software.
• 24x7 support from technical, supervision, and management team.
• Staff have employment status with PF, medical insurance etc from the time of confirmation to service.
• Flexible leave policy - 2 days per month, with no penalty on excess leaves.
• Salary will be disbursed through a Salary Account between the 5th and 7th of the month.
• Constructive Feedback on each file with compared version is provided during training.
• 100% transparency in the audit process.
o A predefined % of files are audited on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for calculation of Quality Score.
o Compared versions with error markings are shared with QA on a periodic basis; any discrepancies can be escalated to management for relook, revision.
• Overtime /holiday pay benefits.
• Opportunity for career growth based on merit.

@Binu, we would love to do that, but currently we are just hoping to add the QAs we need to deliver work to the client.

@BangaloreMT, we have quite a few staff operating out of Bangalore. In fact we are planning to host face-to-face meetings with potential QAs who would like to joins us. Anyone can make a prior appointment for the same so that we can plan accordingly. Venue, date and time will be published shortly on this forum...

Also, you can get in touch with us directly anytime to talk to some of our staff for reference.

The "protection" plan is meant to provide a minimum guarantee to employees during their transition into iData. This is more like a joining bonus paid out on a daily basis for a specified number of working days ... it also includes a line rate as high as Rs. 1.5 up to a cut off target for the first two months. Lines above the cut off target will fetch 1.1 per line. TDS or PF will apply as per employment status.

This plan ensures that the new QA has the ability to earn a good sum even in the first month with us... hope this aids QAs decide and take that tough call to make a change.

Please send your resume to the email ID provided (hr@idata-llc.com) and that is it.
we will get in touch with you and schedule you for an online test.

Test would be for about 3 hours. Batch will be evaluated and based on result, we can go forward.

Induction process will include signing the necessary documents, providing address/ID proof, Bank details. Once this is done, our tech team will get in touch with you and set you up to start on training. This is followed by induction call by OPS manager. Training will include feedback on each file done during training...

Please note, our tech team and the supervision team is available 24x7...

We have had good number of applications and quite a few QAs have been selected and successfully inducted. The number of QA positions available now are down to 15.
