[MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION] DIRECT UPLOAD QAs needed for 100% HOME BASED WORK

"no-ungli" guarantee that's all I can say....that is the work culture in our company...
do what is needed and live in peace...

I can only say that we have a very capable team and managers, who know what they are doing.
Managers don't get paid to kill someone's incentive... they too need to do lines to earn their living.

Audits are random and transparent, each audited job with compares is provided to the QA... each error is contestable and the management is responsible to give a proper explanation for every query or reverse the error if not justified...

There is equal opportunity for growth, we have managers who did not know anyone in the organization (acquaintance), but were elevated from QA to take up managerial positions, just because of their performance...

The quality deduction in iData is probably the most moderate you can find in the industry...
No deduction for 98.5 to 99%
98.0% =< Quality < 98.5% -0.08
97.5% =< Quality < 98% -0.13
97.0% =< Quality < 97.5% -0.18
Quality below 97% -0.23
but believe me, such QAs cannot survive for long with us... we do not believe in paying low and keeping QAs who do not deliver client ready work.

If you are self-disciplined and self-motivated to work, without too much supervision (ungli), I urge you to give us a try and decide for yourself...maybe (as a special case) even as a part-timer...

JD: How MOST MT companies (99.99%) operate today can be summarized in beautiful quote from Adolf Hitler:

"Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it"

So the multiple accuracy (and line) slabs and other terms and conditions are NOT designed to pay us LESS at the end of month?!

What say you?!... Big Grin

I have said enough in multiple posts... really don't care what someone quoted, there are many other quotes that can apply for various situations...

We do not have line slabs anymore... all lines (from line #1) are paid the same rate.
quality and proof rate deductions are moderate and won't hurt much... comparing a lot of methods used by other companies...

Rest is for experiencing as a part of the team or one can comment from the outside... and that really does not matter.
choice is yours...

New interest seems to have died out on the Forum... we are getting more references from Naukri and Monster...

As projected... we continue to grow and need more direct-uploaders...

Hello All,

After the completion of the last rampup, we have been keeping a low-profile in terms of recruitment...

Now we are back!!!

We have projections or another large account are looking to hire at least 30 QAs.

About 5-7 Transcriptions (consultants) will be hired as well - with Medical Insurance Benefits (for MTs) - they can get in touch with our HR (hr@idata-llc.com) for details.

QAs will be hired as consultants and converted to permanent staff on completion of probation and provided PF and Medical Insurance Benefit...

New QA recruits will get a protection benefit of flat 1.2 INR/line rate and no deduction on quality/proof rate for the first month of work... of course don't expect to survive for long if the quality is not close to client requirement.

We have been able to keep up our projection and grow as planned - this time is not going to be different.

expecting a growth of 30 to 40% from current levels.

Come, be a part of it!!!

You can upload your details using he below link -

Thanks.

Sir, your offerings are really luring us.  But in reality, situation is quite different.
If an employee wants to work continuous night shift, every employer feel happy and okay the deal with him.
But why idata don't agree for that, and irritates with asking to work in various shift timings in a single month.
I applied for job at iData, faced this problem previously. Then I had to drop out from you bcoz of this reason.

Hi Sekhar,

We do allow permanent night shift; we have a few who are already working in that fashion.  The catch is that - the day (month) you decide that you have had enough of night shift, you will still need to get into the rotational night shift.  It is not like you do six months of night shift and then expect to be in the day shift for six months... you will still need to participate in the night shift rotation from the time you decide to be out of the night shift.  Night shift rotation is not optional, it is mandatory... we service a lot of STATs and night shift is inevitable...

We generally let staff settle into a particular shift/routine.  Staff are not expected to work in different shifts (changing) frequently...

If the reason for you to drop out was "only" due to the above reason (and not quality/production) - you are welcome to try us out again.

Regards
JD
