Hi all,

Sharing this cool search engine I came across recently.  Its been designed for medical transcriptionists.

I've used this search engine and think its pretty cool.  Search results are more relevant and I get what I am searching for more easily without wasting too much time.

Here is a more advanced custom made Google search for Medical Transcriptionists, one which searches around 800 medical domains right now and the relevant pages are getting added daily. The one you said above is limited to 200+ domains only.
