First of all, I would like to appreciate effort for the genuine concerns few members have raised here. It is always better to be alert and cross-check everything about a company before you join it, as these things are really happening in our industry. Having said that, we might agree with one fact. A company cannot do business in the long run, at least in our field, if it cheats and exploits people.
Our organization is in the MT industry for the past 8 years and still growing and we always feel proud to mention that we have still our oldest employee working with us. Hope one can understand what efforts and policies it takes to earn good reputation in the long run.
Now coming to the few points mentioned, we are not regular on this forum and we only visit to post our vacancies and requirements. So, posting queries or comments here on the forum and waiting for a reply would be meaningless. Also, since the position was already filled on August 19th, the MTs sending mail after that were not replied, but we are looking forward to reply to them soon as our new vacancies open up, expected shortly. Not replying to a mail promptly might have other reasons too, so I would request you all to not judge a company with its mail acknowledgement.
Secondly, once someone reaches us and a test is scheduled, company's name, phone number, and every other details are shared. We always encourage prospective employees to take a proper feedback about us before going ahead with the test.
Regarding "lucrative offer," we select only the best and the brightest, who can provide client-ready quality and be available at unexpected hours, to stand by the organization in times of need. If such an offer needs to be termed "lucrative," then we are proud of our lucrative offer.
Every person is free to form his/her opinion. My advise to hardworking and genuine people in the industry is to make decisions based on facts and not on appearances. Hasty decisions from baseless assumptions may be harmful to individuals as well as the industry.
