I am in a search for medical report for patient suffering from Ménière disease in which full history, diagnosis, treatment plan has been discussed.

I being a transcriptionist myself for 10 years have not come across any dictation in which full description of Ménière disease has been mentioned. Only in past medical history it is mentioned or the patient has a family history of Ménière disease, but no total report.

Please send me the report since my aunt is suffering from it and I need to know what best treatment we can offer her by studying case history of Ménière disease patients.
