I have not seen any increase in rate per line they are paying, almost same as they were doing long back.   Is there any group/community who discuss these problems and may be try and do something about it.   Please let me know if there is such an association or organization who at least think about MTs and their problems.


Recently I have been using UBER and interestingly, I learnt from them they are earning around 90K per month.  Anyways, kindly let me know if there are any accounts, no matter how tough they are,  as long as the pay is good and timely I would be happy to give it a go.

I agree with Homosapein -  This profession is based on productivity, the more you produce with quality the more you get.  But we are human beings so do not expect such miracles.  Human errors bound to happen since we are not native transcribers and also depends on the accent and quality of audio.  Hence, those having 10-12 yrs exp in this field are drawing less than a Uber franchisee.  The only reason for professionals leaving this field is that there is no growth and more pain.
