Hi Sekhar,

We do allow permanent night shift; we have a few who are already working in that fashion.  The catch is that - the day (month) you decide that you have had enough of night shift, you will still need to get into the rotational night shift.  It is not like you do six months of night shift and then expect to be in the day shift for six months... you will still need to participate in the night shift rotation from the time you decide to be out of the night shift.  Night shift rotation is not optional, it is mandatory... we service a lot of STATs and night shift is inevitable...

We generally let staff settle into a particular shift/routine.  Staff are not expected to work in different shifts (changing) frequently...

If the reason for you to drop out was "only" due to the above reason (and not quality/production) - you are welcome to try us out again.

Even though we are half way into the recruitment we had planned for, we have received some more new projections and are continuing to hire rapidly.

To all potential candidates out there - yes, we are still hiring editors/QAs/MLS.

Points to note:
Home-based - should have adequate infrastructure to be able to provide uninterrupted coverage.
Fulltime work - no part-time, split shift etc. Should be able to do achieve target lines per day within the specified shift.

Rotational Night Shift - one month night shift (9 pm log in), two months day (6 am log in). This is an important point, If not possible, sorry, need not apply... candidate will not be considered - we need everybody to participate in all activities of the company.
